I guess since every rapper and their momma wants to rap over lil waynes a milli beat, r&b artist would do the same...but Ne-yo steps out of his box and decides he's gonna rap, whats even more interesting is that it seems like he's coming for someones head in his verses!!! could Mr. "Do You" be aiming to knock Young "Take u Down" off of his rotating seesaw stage. word around the music industry is that the two have been goin at it for some time now behind the scene, Although Ne-yo denies that this song is about anyone in particular, many find it hard to believe that his freestyle was all just in good fun.

I don't know if it's a quality attempt or not (because I'm currently at a pc with no speakers) but this is certainly not the first time Ne-yo has tried his hand at rapping. He rapped on Mic Little's "Put it in a Letter".

he doesn't really sound like he's getting at chris brown tho. they aren't even in the same category to me.
he's writer/producer/r&B crooner and chris brown is a prepackaged 3 band members from being a pop tarty boy band singer.
but he can take me down anytime!!!
but his flow was cute. nothin extraordinary but cute!
